What is TripRank?

TripRank is a driving tracker app that records your trips and lets you see statistics like distance traveled, average speed, and top speed. You can climb the ranks and see how you compare with other drivers.

How does tracking work?

TripRank uses your phone's GPS to track your location during trips. Simply start a trip before you drive, and the app will automatically record your route, speed, and distance. The app can run in the background so you can use other apps while driving.

Does the app drain my battery?

TripRank is optimized for minimal battery usage. While GPS tracking does use battery, we've implemented efficient tracking algorithms to minimize the impact. For best results, keep your phone plugged in during longer trips.

How are ranks calculated?

Your rank is based on your total driving statistics including distance traveled, number of trips, and consistency. The more you drive and track, the higher you can climb in the rankings.

Is my data private?

Yes, your privacy is important to us. Your detailed trip data and routes are private by default. Only your public profile information and overall ranking position are visible to other users. You can adjust your privacy settings in the app.

What's included in the premium subscription?

Premium members get access to detailed trip analytics, unlimited trip history, advanced statistics, and exclusive rank badges. Free users can still track trips and participate in rankings with some limitations.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's account settings to manage or cancel your subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

The app isn't tracking accurately. What should I do?

Make sure location permissions are set to "Always Allow" for the best accuracy. Also ensure you have a clear view of the sky, as GPS works best outdoors. If issues persist, try restarting the app or your phone.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, you can request account deletion from the app settings or by contacting us at urosmijajlovic@gmail.com. All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
