Disclaimer of Warranties

TripRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of GPS data, speed calculations, or ranking positions. The app should not be used as a precise measurement tool.

Limitation of Liability

TripRank and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to traffic violations, accidents, or any consequences of distracted driving.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
